Well Bill VERY TRUE WORDS BUT LIKE THE OLD SAYING GOES, LIGHTS ARE ON BUT NOBODYS HOME, THAT GOES FOR ALL THE COUNCLE MEMBERS, IF NOT I DARE THEM ,ANY OF THE TO MAKE A STATMENT TO CLAIRIFY WHERE THEY STAND ON THIS MATTER, FOR OUR LIGHTS ARE ON AND YES WERE HOME, SO LET'S HEAR FROM YOU........
