HI DAN; Why don't you ask the Lancaster City councel that question?. this is not a smart assed answer. By asking that question you will see just how much they care about our kids,and the citizens here in the AV. ASK them how much money they lost in city taxes and how much business was lost. and watch the song and dance you get! IF you can get any farther than we did, GOOD LUCK~!!! WE have dealing with this for the last 3 years. best of luck and best wishes
