Just wanted to keep everyone in the loop as to what's happening in regards to finding a "New Track" in the AV. We have been talking to the County of Los Angeles and they along with our real estate consultants are looking at property in the AV, what they are looking at is property that has the right zoning and that we can control so we don't have another problem down the road like we have had with the closing of LACR. So far they have found a couple of locations that meet this criteria. The County of Los Angeles has really been vary supportive of the idea of a new race track and Supervisor Michael Antonovich’s office along with his reprehensive Norm Hinkley have really stepped up the plate in this matter. Our next step is to submit a "Business Plan" to the County, we will also need this for investor purposes, and if any of you have experience in writing a business plan we need your help.
