Mini-Z is correct... You have it bound up... You probably only need to loosed it up a little... The way I set mine (Integy unit), which is very similar to the GS unit, it to turn it 1/4 turn, then turn the right wheel (slowly) and check for left wheel rotation in the opposite direction... The spur and motor gear should not be turning. They may move forward or backwards slightly, but shouldn't turn. Once you have the diff set where both wheels can be rotated (slowly) and the gears just start to turn, you should have the diff set VERY close to where it needs to be. - You may have to adjust the diff a little either way, depending on the track/surface you are running on.
