Posted by OhmDr 2) Batteries in the Car AND controller are full/charged. Low battteries could cause problems. 4) Check the trim settings on the controller. Set them (Both the motor and steering) to "center". Next, adjust the motor one until the motor stops, and there is NO humming. Next, adjust your steering trim until the wheels are just straight. 5) You may have a broken or lose wire within the servo.. Especially if you have had it apart for repairs. Hope these things help.

Check and make sure of the following.
1) Try "running" your Mini-Z somewhere else... Outside, at a friends, etc... There may be interference within the area you are trying to use it. I don't recommend DRIVING it in the condition. Set it down, suspended so the wheels are off the ground, and turn it on. Walk back a little ways and try the steering, motor, etc..
3) Make sure that the following are tight.
a) Antenna on the controller
b) Screw holding the antenna on the car.
c) Screws holding for the motor wires.
d) The wire from the car ant.. into the ESC/receiver isn't broken.
