Doc, Brass is fun to play with. It is very easy to work with and is quite affordable as compared to other materials. However, it is too bendable for use as the final material. Tweak would be my first fear. Additionally, it is so heavy. After you get a decent design, I would consider a composit like carbon graphite. I had toyed with idea of a pan car with foamies, or an enclosed bottom with tunnel hull design....but....it's been done. I think they call it the ABC something or other.(Well not the tunnel hull but the pan.) The natural progression of invention: We see it... We like it... We steal it... (grin) Big Ed
