A company called Apex in Hong Kong, they produce a speed controller for Mini-Z called Turbo-R. It replace the speed control function of the original car's circuit board and give more energy to the motor. Therefore, your mini-z will run faster and have a "turbo" feel. In addition, it can protect your mini-z circuit board for burn out cos of the dead of motor because the motor and the circuit board is separated. It is a great product and cost only US$35.
