Hey everyone this is weird and may be of no concern to anyone but I hope someone can help me. On my work breaks I have been chatting with this guy that rides a newer model GT in the parking lot by us. Anyway my interest was sparked after seeing him cruising around standing on the seat and handlebars. Anyway i'm not a flat land expert or even BMX in general but I appreciate talent and know enough to see that he was doing some old school type tricks. Anyway I wasn't born until '85 so I have limited knowledge of the era and even more limited sources of info. But by piecing together tidbits of stories i have been told and comparing a Youtube video I think this guy is Rick Allison. Anyway last time I saw him I asked for his number because he said he could help me with re-lacing the spokes on one of my wheels. Oddly enough the full name he wrote on the scrap of paper was Ric Allison,("drop the KY for RIC because less is more." he said) weak joke maybe but if anyone knows anthing about the guys with info for me or questions please let me know. Regardless if this is indeed the Rick Allison from early GT freestyle teams he's nice enough and fun to watch but I am curious to see if he is one in the same.
