I'm needing some help indentifying a frame. I know nothing about these frames. It appears that it may be made in Tiawan?? There are no serial numbers on the on the dropouts, only a very small 4 digit stamp on the bottom bracket. The dropouts are thin, the HUTCH stamp on the break bridge is closely grouped and the TT measures 18-1/2" from weld to weld. Any help appreciated. I can send pictures.
