Seeking Horse to lease

We are trying to find a beginner horse for lease that we can bring to our farm in Brockport. There is 10 acres of pasture, daily turn out, individualized care and tons of attention provided. I have an 8 year old TB gelding, and my hubby is showing interest in riding with me and would like something a little less high strung. Any help or leads would be appreciated! Thanks for your time!
