Hello My name is Lora Walters I am with Painted Ridge Horse Rescue. We rescued a mare and her unbron foal about 4-5 months ago, she came from a place where there was 7 dead foals and mares.She was also on Fescue grass which makes the foals sac very tough and the baby cannot break threw. We have had to have the vet out here several times since we have had her because she has been having trouble! She was due Feb-20-2008 But still No sign of the baby. Yester day we think she lost her water.Every morning we go out and feed all the horses when we got to her with her feed she would not eat it. Since she has been having so much trouble the vet has been on call and the vet bills have been very high.If any one would like to donate to help this mare and foal.Please email me at paintedridgerescue@yahoo.com
