Horse needs new owner

Hi,
I am trying to help a boarder at my farm.
She has a 16.1-16.2H appendix AQHA gelding, 9yr old. His name is Forrest, he has training in dressage and jumping up to 3'6".
Owner would like to sell, but will consider off farm free lease with option to purchase or long term free lease(at least 1yr).
Personality conflict forces search for new owner. Forrest needs more of a firmer, confident rider. Has great potential to be an outstanding horse, sweet personality.
