We also put a physical description of the horse and a picture of the horse on the contract and the caregiver must sign the contract acknowledging that we are the owners. We never give up ownership. When ib CA we had to seize five horse back and once we faxed the local police they told the caregiver that they had no leg to stand on. Would you like a copy of our contract?
