In a nutshell it could be one of a few things-
the overabundance of caffiene I had yesterday and all weekend in an effort to stay up and play with the kids at the cabin
stress which I've got a lot of
perimenopause w hich I've been going through for about 6 or so months now. Yes early but not surprising given I finished off with twins.
OR it just could be life throwing me a curveball. I have a stress test (nuclear since I can't go on the tread with my ankle) and ultrasound on Thursday and I'm on a hrm right now for 24 hours. I have what's called-

I had attributed my headaches, shortness of breath, vertigo, etc, to other things, never putting them together for one BIGGER thing. It's not alot of it but they found it when I went to urgent care yesterday for my workman's comp. Sent me immediately to a cardiologist. If they couldn't have found one, I would have gone to the ER.
I'm a bit shocked, my 13 year old is in denial and was pretty upset, DH is being a rock as usual. Other ones were told to be on their VERY best behaviour.
I'm down to one cup of coffee a day and it's killing me but not in the sense that having 4-5 would, you know?
