Silk road is very glittery and sparkly. Mekong is very very pigmented, AND sparkly. Think heavy pigmentation like Surabaya?
I love it this eye look (couldn't find my Seratao for today so I used Trish McEvoy's Model's choice for blush) but this is one I'm betting you couldn't use for work. 
The SB is a more reasonable option.
