For us:
Patio furniture for the new deck (6 seating dining set, conversation set and dual glider, umbrella)
2 baby blankets. I finally found Adrian's favorite blanket online so I bought more.
Steak thermometers. Just because I wanted to spend the extra $10 to get free shipping on the blankets. I would have spent $9 in shipping otherwise! So I may as well spend the extra buck to show something for it.
Nothing makeup/body wise.
