Took FIL & Hubby to brunch at Blue Mesa and ate way too much, I had waffles with honey butter, whipped cream, & spiced pecans, a mimosa, chicken fajitas, blue corn enchiladas, King Ranch casserole, garlic mashed potatoes, gingered rice, sweet corn cake, chile sweet potato chips with smoky tomatillo salsa, honey flan, Mexican cheesecake, and churros with cinnamon coffee. Whew! Needless to say I won't be having anything else today...
