More for the pampering aspect as opposed to the actual benefits, but a nice spa facial and massage is something that I think about every so often, especially when the boss makes jokes about having our next staff meeting at the Claremont Spa. (Not that it'll ever happen being civil servants w/upcoming pay cuts.)
