I depotted my neutral Mac shadows into a palette this morning. Whew, what a messy job. Most of them came out ok, a few are worse for the wear but oh well. I didn't need heat to melt the glue, I just used Enkore's method with a knife & wire cutters. I wound up needing 2 types of wire cutters (one to bend and one to cut) but it all worked out fine.
