Lorna, I tried to get entry some years ago, it was said that there was a plaque in there for one of my relatives but at the time I was visiting there wasn't access to the Church. There are plaques in lots of Churches, the older Schools, Banks & even the Post office but lots have been removed also. I doubt if I'll be doing anymore along those lines in the future, but someone who is local & could do a survey of the Churches, Chapels, Banks etc. would be very useful. I bet there were remembrance plaques in Reyrolles & the other big employers, I expect they all have been thrown out now.
