Our deeds are with a solicitor along with wills etc.There is no charge. It seems that paper deeds are not as important as they were in many cases as details are often held by the Land Registry if,for example, a property has exchanged hands in recent years.Congratulations on becoming mortgae free..it is a great feeling.I hope you use the extra cash for extra holidays and trips so that we can enjoy your photos.
