Jimmy Nail turned up in Alnmouth one afternoon several years ago with some of his family and was looking for a quiet drink and a game of pool.He said that he had realised that he was missing out on a lot of family life by being in the world of fame and fortune and had decided to change his prioritis.He had a lovely couple of hours just enjoying simple pleasures.I believe that he has recently been working on a new series for BBC called Parent of the Band which could be broadcast later this year.Great guy.
