I have exactly the same problem that you have. I purchased a Heathkit Model 10-18 oscilloscope from a surplus warehouse. Just like the one you described, mine does not have any documentation, either. Did anyone respond to your email? Did you have any luck in finding documentation for your oscilloscope?
