HW-101: SB-200 Knobs

I am in need of a set of replacement knobs for my Heathkit SB-200, and I have been surprised how hard it has turned out to be to find them.
Does anyone have any ideas as to where I might look that I haven't thought of yet? I would appreciate any and all advice.
