The UK Navy doesn't employ barbers as I was told. If a seaman needs a haircut he either goes ashore or has a friendly mate with some clippers...
As for P. Harry, I suppose it's the way he carried out his job, rather than the way he groomed himself that is the most important thing really, although I think that many senior officers in the UK forces fo look rather scruffy and/or "styled" but then, we don't train barbers any more, only "stylists....."
