I've had Obama's logo posted on this site for over a year. He remains my dream for Iowa and beyond. But I haven't lapsed into "desperation" as I so often have in the past.
It's a new world. I don't have a passion for who wins tommorrow night in Iowa.
Barak is the culmination of the MLK dream. Hillary is the culmination of the suffragette revolution. Edwards speak forcefully of the democratic populism that once motivated the Democratic party.
So. I don't really care who wins tomorrow or in NH in a week. I'll be satisfied however it goes. I'll bet that when it comes to push and shove so will the majority of the supporters of the three.
There is extraordinary unity in the Democratic party. We will unite behind our standard bearer. The Republicans are in trouble. They have no one to credit for that than George Bush. Democrats will not self-destruct this time around.
We are united by one rallying cry -- count down the days to 1-20-09.
Just get out there and vote.
