Sorry - I hate to be redundant but I have to say that I was at Ramzi's Main Street Barber Shop in Orleans, MA (Cape Cod) again today and he is fantastic.
All haircuts include outline shaves or any amount of shaving, up to and including a full head shave. He uses a straight razor with disposable blades. Also lines the front hair line if you want him to.
He also routinely trims nose and ear hair and eyebrows. A necessity for those of us over 50...
He also does a thing with thread to shape the eyebrows and change one-browed guys back into two browed guys.
He also offers facial shaves - which I took him up on today - had him remove the goat and shave the whole face. Wonderful job. Not a single drop of blood was shed - better than I could have done myself.
If you are ever in the area, it's worth a stop. But be prepared for a wait. He just opened his own shop in September but he already had a following from his work in other shops. He is always busy and he does not book appointments.
