I have been loaning money on the site Kiva.org for a while now and have found the system to work amazingly well and provide an easy way to help others gain their independence. Basically, you loan a small business owners in developing countries ($25 max) and they repay you in the span of 6 months to a year. Easy to do and it is great when the money returns to you and you know you helped them achieve their goals. How could this possibly be haircut related?? Two of the loans I have done have been for barbershops. Great to know I am helping keep folks stay well groomed and the barber profession going all over the world. :) Look at their website if you are interested.
