Something I've never thought about. And I'm not JAG. But an uninformed opinion, though one that is logical and legally trained.
The Law, the Constitution, even the federal constitution, has NO power over the "regs".
Great life, isn't it? Consummating a "MA gay marriage" with any publicity (inviting friends and relatives) would violate "don't ask, don't tell"!!
Think about that proposition. Exercising the rights given you my your state law could get you 'shit canned"!!
