Question for MASS. residents... political/legal/homo

Being that homosexual marraiges are recognized in Massachussets (did I spell that right?) I'm just wondering if there's been any legal clashes with members of the military out there. On the one hand is the 'don't ask don't tell' policy of the military, on the other is state law. So, I guess what I'm wondering is, does being married to someone of the same sex constitute 'telling'? Just wondering...
