Anyone from Portland or Seattle?

I have to travel in the Portland and Seattle areas next month. I was wondering if any of you are from those areas and have any barbershop recommendations.
Are there any barbers (not beauticians) out there that I can trust my HNT Horsehoe flattop to?
Do they lather shave the back and sides?
Do they do face shaves?
I tried to look up the one listed here on Gunny's page (Ron's Barber Shop) in Portland but there is no such shop at that address.
