Isn't it a shame that folks can't open up a new "barbershop" without making it a salon.
I miss black and white stripped capes, neck tape, Clubman products, butch wax, warm shaving cream and straight-edged razors, barber chairs, 5 cent Cokes, ratty old sports and girlie magazines. And let's not forgetthe all male "neighborhood" atmosphere and skilled male barbers who could craft a precise military flattop freehand! One length "Buzz cuts" with clipper guards just don't cut the mustard.
Ah, (sigh) the good old days...
