Hey Gunny,
Here a reaction from the Netherlands. What happened last week with the elections in The States is of great importance to Europe(ans) as well, at least that's what I think. The Bush-administration has never been much popular over here (but is that a surprise). It's certainly good news, not only for the US but for the whole world. It's hopefully the beginning of something new and certainly (I hope) the beginning of the end for W.
Now let's see what the Democrats can do with their new power and position they're in.
We won't come any further confrontations and wars, so a new policy is what we need.
I do hope the same will happen with the general elections over here on the 22nd of November, when we can choose a new parliament and by that an new gorvernment. The old one that lastet almost 3,5 years was by Christian Democrats and
rightwing Liberals (not the ones like your Democrats) and they only pointed at the Islamic minority when there were problems.
