I've said here many times that my politics are more European in scope than American. I know that what happened in this country in the last week will seem to most of you like an insignificant new wardrobe for our government.
But I still think it should have world wide significance. The foolish macho blustering should be over and our nation I suggest has returned to being worthy of being readmitted to the international community of civilized nation states.
I'm interested in your take on events.
