And nothing stands out in a crowd these days like a 40-50 year old with a graying Beatles mop or mullet. They atand out -- looking, excuse my word, "stupid" and shabby. On the otherhand, I remember I think '82 (was that when Gary Hart ran?). I went to a campaign fundraising event in a 3 piece suit and an HT. Can't count the number of folk who questioned whether I knew it was Democratic function - only partially in jest.
