That is I am NOT a barbershop or even a barber -- though I have learned to cut my own hair and in my younger days prior to the Net I did give a few HTs and one or two flattops to guys who agreed to take a risk. I'm not an "expert". It is simply that I have observed and experienced military cuts continually since I was teen in about '63-64. I have NO authority beyond my personal opinion. However, I do think my views are logical, consistent and supported by the evidence. It is up to you to judge.
