I've been on trazodone for years. I was supposedly "cured" of depression (ha) about 7 years ago but my GP prescribed this as i still have terrible insomnia even now. It's not bad as a soporific and i never had much in the way of side effects - however there doesnt seem to have been any research into long term effects, and now i seem to have chronic fatigue syndrome/ME. Could be a coincidence.
