i don't know what to do, i can't stop thinking about killing myself. the only reason i don't do it is that i don't have a surefire method. i could OD on ephedrine, which would probably cause a heart attack, but i'm not 100% sure. the only thing stopping me before was not being able to do it to my mum, but i think it would be better for everyone if i wasn't here anymore.
