i'm on respiredone, i have a psychiatrist appointment tomorrow, i'm supposed to be getting counselling, but it hasn't started yet.
it wouldn't be weird staying with you, but i don't want to go away anywhere just now (i have no holidays and couldn't afford it anyway) cos i'm being anti-social and panicking when i have to leave my flat for too long.
funeral's on wednesday. my mum wants me to do a reading. i don't want to, but i'm doing it anyway, cos she went on about how much she wanted me to and how good i would be at it. i have a couple of diazepam my dr gave me for going to the dentist, i might just take them before the funeral to get me through it.
