It is a bit dead. I've been checking in roughly once a week, but not always that often.
I am very, very proud of you for not cutting. Really. I'm coming up to two years this March and so I know exactly how you must be feeling. It's so good that you're staying strong.
Is the risperidone helping? I got put on Zoloft for PTSD a couple of months ago; first it made me super depressed (totally NOT the effect we were going for), and now I just feel nothing most of the time, except I got really angry today, but that's another story.
My condolences about your dad. It's so hard to lose a close relative to cancer... my grandad died of lung cancer when I was 12 and my grandma when I was 20. I hope that if there's nothing they can do to fix it that he passes peacefully.
