Hi Terry,
My apologies. I came down with a nasty cold about 3 days ago and am way behind. Seems as though it it sweeping the general area.
The pictures came through perfectly and gives a very clear description of the mill. Also, you answered my questions most satisfactorially. The undertaking by myself is daunting, so I am trying to interest several other parties. Your options of both the mill and the contents together or separately is a good idea. Even so, the time, work and expense for such a large mill is considerable. Do you have a price in mind for the contents?
I am presently building a timber frame near Binghamton, NY, a good seven hours north and somewhat east of you. Right on a good stream.
Again, my apologies and I look forward to hearing from you. Still working on a consortium.
Best regards,
Ed
