I have an opportunity to buy a Nordyke & Harmon Co grist mill manufactured in Indianapolis, Indiana, patent pending August 1, 1871. It looks like the burrs are 18" diameter. This was purchased around the 1870's or 80's by the family and has been passed down 4 generations. Two generations used it commercially as a community mill and the last 2 privately. It is in good condition. It is currently used to grind corn meal annually using a belt drive from the back of a tractor. What should I offer?
