I think that Blake's website is not there anymore. This is June 2005 and the last time i saw his website was back around November 2004. Either his firm doesn't exist no more or one guy posted at another website threaten Blake that he turn him in to the proper authorities for producing high power devices. Either that, or maybe he had upset customers and he moved down to Mexico or Bolivia where no one can find him! (ha ha) or maybe he could've "passed away". We don't know for sure. Blake "this enigmatic, elusive, sporadic man of mystery" WHO is he and where is he?!????is he around?
