I have done business before with Information Unlimited a decade before they had a web presence and have had no problems. Although I did the math and 2.5 Watts is high for a green laser pointer diode at 532 nano meters, it may be possible with liquid cooling (like nitrogen) for short bursts. Even a 300mw laser at any wavelength is extremly dangerous. I suggest reading up on CDRH regulations.
