What came first, the chicken or the egg?
The answer doesnt matter infact all that matters is the end result. When the Golliwog was first published in story books it might have been the nicest and most sweetes character......but that no longer matters, because the image was later used in racial context. So oes it really matter how it was seen first?? NO because the end result shows the golliwog to be racist.
