Well, I am South-African and all my friends and I had golliwogs growing up and we loved them, and guess what...I am black and so are my friends. We've never perceived these dolls as "racist", we just loved because they were our confidantes in the middle of the night when we awoke from a nightmare. If kids are taught that their toys are racist,then what kind of world do we live in?
