Yes, it's very sad. I was out shopping a few weeks ago and I saw many things aimed at the African-American public which are a hundred times more insulting that a black rag doll - magazines about "thug-life", music implying blacks are violent gangsters out to kill whites and more stereotypes than you could shake a stick at yet these demeaning images and merchandise are produced by blacks for blacks. I can't understand how Golly is more offensive than the image of the violent thug black man that's so popular.
