Last week (on Halloween, appropriately) independant filmmaker & GB fan Hank Braxtan releases his latest (and easily greatest) movie--Return of the Ghostbusters, a high-quality feature-length fan film chronicling (sp?) the adventures of a GB franchise located in Denver, Colorado. This is one of the biggest fan film productions ever made; it is also probably one of the most enjoyable, as even though it is an hour and a half, it does not feel like it (where many fan films tend to be hard to watch past 30 minutes).
For those interested, there's a streaming high-res DIVX version, a low-res streaming Ifilm version (for those with lower bandwidth), a downloadable torrent of the DIVX version, as well as versions made for Ipods & Zunes.
So, head on over to and give it a watch.
For those of you who don't know, this movie is the sequel to Hank's previous GB fan film, Freddy vs Ghostbusters, which was the first film featuring the Denver GB's.
I don't want to say too much because I don't want to spoil anything, so just go over and watch. Oh, and if you like the movie, please help by spreading the word.
I will say this, though in closing: Great, fun movie (would say more, but I know that over-hyping often has a negative affect on people's experiences).
