I'm not 100% certain so don't get your hopes up but, a few years ago my mother and I were at a yardsale where a lady had books on this subject for around a dollar each. I don't recall if it was "White Christmas, Bloody Christmas" or not but, it was a paperback with a black cover and wasn't very thick. I remember that we each got one but, I don't know where they are right off hand. If it's true that they are so rare and valuable though, I may have to ask her if she know's where they are but, she may give me some trouble over it because she thinks my fascination with the Payne Rd. murders/hauntings is morbid.
