But a globalization under that flag or under this flag, under any flag , at this point will be just a mondial fiasco, very possible the begining of the third big war,a pandemic war,mostly conducted and performed in terrorist style with all mass destruction weapons,nuclear, chemical, physical (as electromagnetic guns) and biological.Therefore,before the begining of the right and real globalization we need to operate few big and important things:
1) UN need to have the largest and the most sofisticate military corp,
2) All nations which want to be member of the new UN must disolve their national military structure,and to provide UN with the best personnel and with the most advanced military technology and equipment they have and for every nation this will be the cheapest way to protect themselves,
3) Every UN member will provide equal number of soldiers and officers regardless their actual military power and regardless their number of population,
4) Every UN member,after dismembering their military structure shall turn those active military in police officers and National Guard carrying only light weapons,
5) In this new UN shall not be anymore G7,G8 or G9 and so on, not Security Council and nobody shall have veto rights,
6)There shall not be the power of decission in the hand of a single person or nation,
7) Any issue shall be passed not by 51% but by 75% thru open vote ,in this way nobody,no country, large or small, can manipulate over 74% of entire organisation,
8) The nationals military industries shall be under UN's direct control and their main production will be focalized on very sofisticated equipment,instruments and machineries which will serve to the purpose of the biggest attempt of humankind; still, they will continue to produce weaponry for UN and plenty of light weapons for police corps and developing new generations of unletal weapons.
Of course the "what to do" list is open for all sugestion and a lot of many hundred details need to be set,but after achieving this prime goal we can procedee with the next one.Having consideration for those above mentioned in the first part of this e-article,UN must start to build -at any cost- the first 5,6,or more, most advanced and sophisticated spatial carriers which could support and acomodate much more people then actual ones ,also to be able to carry much more equipment and the capacity to "fly" in cosmos many ,many years in row.At the same time UN need to prepare those people who will try to settle on a new planet(much better long before then we will be in the real need).As long as the cloning issue is not yet on its practical peak, the people chosen for this mission will be just young ,healthy women,able to get pregnant and with the highest IQ and education posible in chemistry, physic and biology.Even if that new human habitat,the new planet will be named Womens' Planet, it is rationale to use only women in this project ,because after they will find the new suitable place, they could bread and spread our specie thru their pregnancy done thru artificial insemination.As we know,the end of this planet could be anytime thru cosmic accidents or planned acts,but may be done by human acts and we have the power to execute this apocalyptic scenario ,too.Either way the end may be, the problem is that we are not prepared to survive and our civilization , our specie and other thousands of Earth's species -animals and plants - will disappear forever,and the only way to prevent this to happens and to achieve the above exposed goal ,is the globalization process and bringing together all resources,material and human .And that is not going to be possible without a strong global economy and without a strong UN which can efectively controls every "corner" of the planet and mentain peace and social justice everywere, which is the base for a global prosperity and the base for focalization of those giantic resources we need for that big, paramount achivement.In the same time UN must start to develop the most powerful and sofisticated spatial carriers which can transport and set automatically powerful equipment and machinery and very powerful bombs.These equipments are the only ones -possible- shield against a catastrophic accident, when a huge comet or other big celestial body (one or more,even a storm comets )has a high probability to colide with our planet or just to pass by but thru our atmosphere.The result may be a total Earth's fracture and section in 2 or more pieces which will derail from the regular orbit , or, in a softer impact scenario, a planetar earth quike at an extremely high magnitude( very probable over 20 degrees,Richter scale) which will destroy 80-90 percent of all solid structures on the entire earth and will kill easy,at least 1 billion people.Even if that giantic body sky ( even smaller then 5%of earth mass and volume) flying with a cosmic speed ,will hit our atmosphere tangential with the earth itself (anywhere between 2-8 km) will rise the temperature of entire planet with many degrees which will stay high for months ,enough time to kill at least half of entire Earth's biological structures(humans, animals,plants).and for ever, or at least, for many ,many years will enforce a substantial change in entire planet's life.It is also possible that a very hot body sky to land in our planetar ocean and to produce a giant water evaporization which also would enforce terible changes in planet's life.There are many, many scenarios,many of them appear to be just sci-fi but they may be real ,too.
Therefore,UN has the obligation to be prepared for these sort of events and to have ready for start,all the times,ten or more such spatial carriers which have the ability to fly far away, to "land" on that or those intruders body sky , to drill few tens or hundreds meters in their structure in no time, to set the explosive complex,(and to fly back away if it is possible in order to recuperate the system,which by all accounts and meanings must be very expensive) and to blow that comet far out of our atmosphere ,or if the process will occur already in the atmosfere,to detonate the loads and to blow the comet up over the ocean ,and the effect could be just few big tsunami.But for this -right now- Sci-Fi project,only UN sustained by all nations can acomplish it, because of the extreme high price in materials and human inteligence .No nation by itself will ever can acomplish this marvelous and supergiant project.Therefore, us ,the humankind, have all the reason in the world to have a powerful UN but honest and fair with all the nations even with the smallest and poorest ones,we have all the reasons to have an unic government over the entire planet in which the smallest and the poorest nation to have equal rights with the largest and wealthiest ones and thru this goverment will be possible the set the path for equal prosperity all over the world,this is the only way to avoid a new North Korean or Iraq and Iran crises ,it is the only way to avoid Burma's crisis where the goverment deny to their own population the "foreing" humanitarian aid ,Nigeria,or Zimbabwe crisis and so on. And talking about the Earth's "St.Bartolomeo 's night" when that "big day" will come, UN need ,must to be able to save our human inheritance.And to acomplish these goals there is only one way: the Globalization.There is no other way!
